Gifts for Students at Beckenham Te Kura o Pūroto

Due to the incredible generosity of The Well community, all of the gifts for children at Beckenham Te Kura o Pūroto have been purchased. Please drop off any gifts you have purchased at The Well Church by Sun 14 December.

If you'd still like to support The Well's Christmas Outreach, we'd love to invite you to consider one of the opportunities below.

Te Mapua Kids Camp

Kitchen Team
The Well Church are recruiting a kitchen team for the camp, running from Mon 29 December, to Sat 03 January. We are seeking a team of individuals to assist in preparing and serving meals, washing dishes, and one person (or a couple) to lead this team. This would be on a roster, so you wouldn't have to serve at every meal (unless you wanted to!). Please register to let us know that you'd like to be part of the team.

Caregivers
There is also the opportunity to serve the kids at camp through being a caregiver, with the option of being part of the full camp, or in day/night support roles. Full training is provided for those in cabins with the kids. Please register to let us know that you'd like to be part of the team.

Towels
We'd like to gift Te Mapua with 200 towels that they can use at their camps. Please drop off new or used towels in good condition to the Church Office (385 Colombo St) during the week or into church on a Sunday before Christmas. Please register to let us know how many towels you can give.

Monetary Donation
We'd love to give a gift of $15,000 to Te Mapua to help with the costs of running the camp. If you would like to contribute to this gift, click here for details of ways you can give. Please use the reference: Te Mapua.
